Your report by default will adjust the size of your printed window to fit the width or the height of your report, the smaller of them.

The report is adjusted to match the width. Then, if the report doesn't fit vertically, it is adjusted to match the height. Just leave the default option to make your window enlarge or shrink automatically to best fit the report width and height.

Note: The window proportions are always preserved.

You may force the output to fit the width of your report.

Take note: if you use a landscape report, this option may provoke a page overflow, as the height of the window may not fit in the height of the report. For landscape reports any other option could be better.

If you want to print the window with the same size as it looks, select the "Real size" option.

Small windows will take less space on the page, while larger windows may generate more than one page if they don't fit in a single page (either vertically or horizontally). The pages are generated one after the other, so you can later glue them together to make a big page if you like.

The "Horizontally centered" option will make the report to print centered horizontally on the page width, instead of left aligned.

Beware: If you are printing a browse window, it will be centered according to its width; however, if you choose to expand the list horizontally, if the expanded listbox or some controls to its right exceed the right margin, a new page will be automatically created, but the left margin created by this option won't be deleted, so in this case you might be provoking a waste of space. It is recommended that you don't use this option if you plan to expand lists horizontally.

The "Vertically centered" option will make the report to print centered vertically on the page height, instead of top aligned.

The "Horizontal Offset" option will allow you to "offset" the report horizontally either to the left or right. Enter here the number of pixels to move (can be negative). This can be handy if you "exclude" many controls from the window, as they won't be printed but the space on the page will remain.

If you want to have total control over the printing scale, you can choose "Manual" and enter the relative size % of the window printing.

As a reference, note that 100 is equate to "Real size", 50 would be "half size" and 200 would be "double size". As before, the "Horizontally centered" option will make the report to print centered horizontally on the page width, instead of left aligned, and the "Vertically centered" option will make the report to print centered vertically on the page height, instead of top aligned. The same warning applies.

The "Vertical pages" moved option will allow you to increase the size of the report when you expand a list both vertically and horizontally. If the horizontal expansion of the list provokes controls overflow, you increase the "vertical pages" number and that will fix it.

The "Cancel page overflow" will disable any page overflow provoked by list expansion. In other words, only the first page will print if you tick here. This can be handy in some cases where you exclude controls and a blank page is printed anyway after the first page.
